What are the conditions for returning an item?

Returns are only accepted for the reasons below:

  • Incorrect book - if you receive a book different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged book- if the book is damaged when on transit.

How do I return a product?

Ensure to always check the products first BEFORE the rider leaves or at the pick-up station.

Before accepting the product for return/exchange or refund, the delivery partner will inspect the product to ensure the return conditions are met.

You will then be required to fill in a return form.

How long will it take before the replaced are delivered?

If the product satisfies the conditions for a return, the replacement will be delivered to you within 24 hours if within Nairobi and within 48 hours if outside Nairobi from the time it was returned.

What happens if a replacement is not available?

If a replacement is not available, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs. Storymoja shall offer you a credit note valid for any other purchase in our e-store. The amount will be credited to your account within 24 hours.

How do I track my refund/return?

We will keep you updated on the progress via email.

Will I be charged for returned items?

No, you will not be charged.
